Dining Room Rental

Private events are held Tuesday-Saturday starting at 3pm or after. The room is reserved for 2 hours.

Renting the full dining room requires a minimum amount that must be spent on food and beverage. 

• $500 for a party on Tuesday-Thursday
• $700 for a party on Friday-Sunday

Seating

If the seating is configured in small groups of 2-4 people, we can accommodate a maximum of 28 people. 

If you want everyone to sit together at long tables, we can seat 8 people at one table and and 12 people at a second table for a total of 16 people. This video shows an example of the room set up with the longer tables. 

Event Menu

Our tea parties include:

• 6 food items served on tiered tea trays
• 2 flavors of tea served at table in china tea pots
• Sugar cubes, cream or oat milk
• Water service
• China place settings including plate, saucer, tea cup
• Silverware
• Cloth napkins

You can choose from either the current theme menu, which can be viewed on this page, or a customized menu for the event. The themed menu is $34.95 per person (tax and gratuity not included). Prices will vary for a custom menu.

• Cucumber Tea Sandwich
• Roasted Red Pepper Soup
• Raspberry Fudge
• Lemon Lavender Cookie
• 2 flavors of tea

We do not serve alcohol.
